Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of poddle. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

poddle is provided by datadir s. r. o. ("datadir", "we", "us"), a private limited liability company with its registered seat at Bauerova 1205/7, 040 23 Košice, Slovakia (IČO 57 582 904), registered in the Commercial Register of the City Court Košice, Section Sro, Insert No. 65729/V. "You" means the individual or organisation using the service; if you use it for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

The service

poddle is a credential broker and control plane for coding-agent sandboxes ("pods"). We provide the broker, identities, connectors, governance and audit, and - optionally - managed pod compute. You are responsible for the pods you run and the workloads inside them.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract to use poddle. Tell us promptly at security@datadir.co if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

• Don't break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate a provider's or connector's terms.
• Don't attempt to defeat the isolation, governance, or security of the service or other tenants.
• Don't use the service to build a competing product, or resell or misrepresent it.
• Don't run workloads that harm the service or third parties (malware, spam, unlawful scraping, or the like).

Your content & infrastructure

You own your code, prompts, and data. When you connect a provider or a connector, you authorise poddle's broker to inject the relevant credential on your behalf on outbound requests. You are responsible for having the rights to use those providers and for complying with their terms. Where you bring your own compute, your relationship with that infrastructure provider is yours.

Third-party providers & connectors

poddle brokers access to third-party services (model providers, forges, pipelines, clouds, databases). Those services are governed by their own terms and are not operated by us; we are not responsible for their availability, content, or acts. Your use of them through poddle does not change your agreement with them.

Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed per developer as described on our pricing page. Managed pod compute, if used, is metered and billed in arrears. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which we add where required. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

Trials, beta & early access

Trials and features labelled beta, preview, or early access are provided "as is", may change or be withdrawn at any time, and may have limits or defects. Don't rely on them for production-critical work.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to improve the service, with no obligation to you.

Service availability & support

We work to keep poddle available and provide support appropriate to your plan, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless a separate service-level agreement says so. We may perform maintenance and will give reasonable notice of planned downtime where practical.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The recipient will protect it with reasonable care and use it only to provide or use the service, except where disclosure is required by law. This does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the recipient.

Warranties & disclaimers

We work hard to keep poddle secure and available, but to the extent permitted by law the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. poddle reduces the blast radius of leaked secrets; it is not a guarantee against every possible compromise.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify datadir against third-party claims arising from your content, your workloads, or your use of the service in breach of these terms.

Suspension & termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, a security risk, or to comply with the law, giving notice and an opportunity to cure where reasonable. On termination we revoke your handles and, on request, help you export your data before deletion.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

General

• Assignment - you may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
• Severability - if a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Entire agreement - these terms, the pricing page, and any order form are the whole agreement between us on this subject.
• Waiver - not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
• Force majeure - neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
• Notices - we notify you by email or in-product; you reach us at hello@datadir.co.
• Export & sanctions - you will comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws and will not use the service where prohibited.

Changes

We may update these terms; we notify account holders of material changes and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
